Where to Eat in San Francisco - The Cavalier

I have heard about Cavalier for ages and now regret I haven't checked it out earlier. The place is absolutely amazing! The menu is very imaginative and has a great range of dishes that accommodate people with various diet preferences. My dear friend April and I met up for lunch there and we order a bunch of vegetarian dishes that were fresh, flavorful and delicious. For appetizers, our favorite was the Cavalier Salad, which included vegetables, greens, aged goat cheese with truffle vinaigrette. As for entrees, roasted cauliflower with golden raisins, braised greens, crispy shallots, and aubergine was just divine. Finally, we were spoiled with Eton Mess (coconut ice cream, coffee meringues, and almonds) and sticky toffee pudding (with vanilla whipped cream and pomegranate). Both were worth the try and unforgettable.

I am looking for a reason to go back as I type up this blogpost.
